If we can’t even manage to protect our children, then what future do we have?
People claim that the younger generation–the children–will be humanity’s banner for change, the spearhead that will drive us towards an era of technological advancement and will lead us towards development in all aspects of human life. Children, in the eyes of the world, are meant to be the sword that allows breakthrough from the suffering humanity has left behind for them and the compass that navigates us towards triumph. Somehow, we glorify their image and sensationalize the tremendous success that we have seen them achieve.
The children are like the getaway car when everything becomes too crazy in this party called life. When our generation has become too drunk on greed, money, and power, they’ll be our last resort and our final hope for rescue. See how they’re so important?
The talented will be the ones who’ll take over this world one day, and it’ll all be up to them once we hand in our resignation papers. It is imperative that their care and training be given the utmost importance.
But are you even aware that more and more children have been denied of the basic human needs, which then causes the depletion of these talented younglings?
Think about it. Everybody has basic needs that should be met in order for one to use their full potential. It is even more so that the children are in need of these basic rights, since their bodies are still underdeveloped and we are still training them for the bigger challenge. Out there, there are smart and talented children waiting for help, waiting to be given the same privileges as other children in order to show the world what they are capable of. But because of man’s ignorance, they are left hurt, starving, abused, and alone.
Our organization, isee.org, has proposed a campaign entitled, “Defend the Defenseless,” which caters to and advocates the protection and security of the juveniles. By collecting the proceeds for our campaign, we will then donate all the contributions to another organization which can better help the children.
We hope you have realized our sincere aspirations and will lend a helping hand.
Protect the future. Safeguard the children.
